Care
Every part of a Woodstock Chime is weather protected. Over time, however, those layers of protection can begin to wear. So you can enjoy your Woodstock Chime for years to come, we suggest you follow these simple steps. Periodically, apply a thin coat of Danish or lemon oil with a clean cloth or brush to the hardwood parts. Regular oiling will help protect the wood and retard the natural aging process. Brass parts of Woodstock Temple Bells and Woodstock Garden Bells can be polished with brass cleaner. Aluminum may naturally pit when placed outdoors. You should occasionally wax the tubes, plastic or glass chime parts with mild soap and water. How much care your chime requires will depend on where you live and the amount of its exposure to the elements.

Refurbishing
If your warranty has expired, and your chime is in need of repair, Woodstock can refurbish it for a nominal fee. They will replace the string and wood parts, restring the chime and ship it back to you.
